Shipping Policy

Processing time

  • All jewelry will be packaged in a ziplock bag to prevent oxidation and put in a jewelry pouch to prevent any collisions during shipping. We also provide silver polishing cloth to keep your piece shining.
  • All orders are shipped within 5 business days of the purchase date. This does not include our made to order or custom items.
  • Made to order or custom items will have specified fulfillment times on their listing. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
  • When you order more than 1 item and have any made to order or custom items, we ship the whole order on made to order or custom items delivery times.

 

Shipping

  • All domestic and international orders will be shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL. Always with tracking number.
  • Free Netherlands shipping on orders over €180. For orders below €180, Standard shipping (track & trace) costs are €6,95.
  • Free EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland shipping on orders over €200. For orders below €200, Standard shipping (track & trace) costs are €10,20.
  • Free international shipping on orders over €450. For orders below €450, Standard shipping (track & trace) costs are €20,50~21,50.
  • Shipping costs vary per country. You can see the exact shipping costs during the ordering process.
  • If you live in a country not covered by our shipping zone, please contact me, and I will try to make suitable arrangements for you.
  • Please provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If you notice any errors, let me know as soon as possible. We cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, as it is completely out of our power to control. If you want insurance and security on your purchase, please read Packages Protection below.
  • Unfortunately, once packages are handed over to PostNL, they are responsible for getting the package to the correct address. However, please contact me if you do not receive your package and the address is correct. I will do my very best to help you in this situation.

 

Packages Protection

  • Please note if you opt for the Standard (track & trace) or Free Standard Shipping (track & trace) option - your package is not insured when it gets lost in the mail.
  • To insure or protect your packages, you have two option to do so
      1. Add €1~1.95 (the fee will depend on the region) to registered and insured with PostNL by paying that in the checkout. An insured package that may be required requires a signature upon receipt.
      2. Add around 2% of the cart value with Green Shipping Protection through Corso.
        Corso is a Green Shipping Insurance Protection that protects your order against loss, theft, or any damage and helps offset 100% of the carbon emissions associated with your shipment! This shipping protection is automatically added to your cart. If you want to decline this service, unclick the 'Green Shipping Protection' box on the Cart page before you check out.

       

      International Order / Customs and import taxes

      • All orders will be shipped with duties and taxes unpaid from The Netherlands.
      • Please include a phone number for international orders, as local couriers may need to contact you.
      • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages.
      • We do not have information on VAT, customs duties, and taxes, and we cannot estimate these charges.

       

      Return

      • Please carefully review the sizing details for rings, pendants, and necklace lengths before ordering. We're happy to adjust pieces to fit you before they are shipped.
      • I will do my best to help you if you would like an adjustment after you've received the piece. However, the buyer must cover any shipping costs (back to me and then back to you again). If you need to ship a piece back to me for repair/adjustment/resizing, please email me for shipping assistance and instructions.
      • Unfortunately, Jewelry made to order, custom items, sale items, and gift cards can not be returned.
      • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
      • We do not accept any returns for jewelry that has been worn except for trying it on.
      • To start a return, you can contact me at wanderwoods.jewelry@gmail.com.
      • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
      • Once you have received confirmation from me by email, we ask you to return the jewelry to me within a maximum of 7 days.
      • Returns must be in original packaging and condition for refund eligibility.
      • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe delivery of returns.
      • Your refund will be credited back to you via the original payment method.
      • If you order various products and qualify for free shipping but later decide to return one item, resulting in the remaining total falling below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount.

      Refund

      • I'll notify you after inspecting your return and approve the refund if applicable. It will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
      • Refunds can take time to process and post to your bank or credit card.
      • You will receive a full refund of the product you return minus any custom fees and the costs for shipping.
      • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of return approval, please contact me at wanderwoods.jewelry@gmail.com.
      • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

       

      Damages and issues

      • We hope your item arrives in perfect condition. If it is damaged or faulty, please Contact me or email me at wanderwoods.jewelry@gmail.com.
      • It would be helpful if you could provide the order number, nature of the fault, and photographs (if possible).
      • We will not refund any shipping costs made without a confirmation from our side.

       

      Exchanges

      • Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges, we would advise to return an item and submit a new order.
