Jewelry Care

  • To ensure your pieces stay beautiful for years to come, we recommend the following guidelines ▸▸▸

  • ✦ Remove Before Activities

It's best to remove them before gardening, exercising, or any vigorous exploration activities that expose your jewelry to sweat, moisture, or potential damage. Also, avoid water treated with chemicals such as pools and hot tubs. The sulfur in it will cause silver to tarnish sometimes instantly.

I do hope that your pieces can join you on many great adventures, so when to wear/not wear your jewelry is a personal choice -- just be responsible and know the risks!

  • ✦ Cleaning

Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove oils and dirt. Some oxidation over time on metals may occur, which is normal. You can use a silver polishing cloth to restore its shine. Avoid cleaning the silver polishing cloth, as it may lose effectiveness.

Keep in mind some work has the patina on it, so avoid polishing the darkened areas too much as this may remove the intentional patina.

  • ✦ Delicate Handling

Handle your jewelry with care, and avoid tugging, pulling, or collisions, as these can cause damage. Regular use may lead to minor surface wear, which is perfectly normal.

  • ✦ Storage

Please ensure your jewelry is dry before storing it in a cool, dry place, preferably in a ziplock bag to prevent oxidation.

Don't store jewelry in your bathroom as the humidity will only tarnish pieces quicker.

  • ✦ Avoid Contact

Keep jewelry away from chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. Remember to wear your jewelry after completing your makeup and dressing.
